Everything sticks to the title, Repulsion, which is a good one. Intriguing, inspiring and very confusing. It's like Lynch's version of Barton Fink, only more nonsensical.
A harrowing mental descent into schizophrenia, claustrophobia, hysteria, and sexual repression, accompanied by voyeuristic pleasure. Injecting Repulsion with surrealistic touches, Polanski has done an exceptional job in pulling audiences into the crazed mind.
